Melissa Gongora is a dedicated litigation paralegal and office administrator at Knight Miller Law. A lifelong resident of Holmes County, Ohio, Melissa spent 14 years working in transportation with a local lumber company, while also gaining extensive experience in office settings through her family’s business.

Melissa's desire to make a meaningful difference drew her to a career in law, where she began as a legal secretary and quickly grew into her current paralegal role. She thrives on supporting clients during some of the most challenging moments in their lives, bringing compassion, understanding, and commitment to helping them achieve the best possible outcomes.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her three children, cheering for their favorite sports teams, playing games, traveling, watching movies, and spending time with their two cats, Tuca and Chapa.
